I came away from the 2011 Fordyce Forum impressed with the energy, thoughtfulness and diversity of the participants and speakers. I was privileged by the opportunity to listen to and meet speakers such as Michael Ramer (@MikeRamer) from Ramer Search Consultants, Michael Gionta (@MikeGionta) from The Recruiter Campus, and Bob Marshall from The Bob Marshall Group, among many others.

The counsel offered by the speakers was varied, but I took away one consistent message: Whatever strategies you put in place for marketing, qualifying, negotiating and filling you need to monitor your daily numbers.

Even if you’re a small shop or a sole proprietor, keep yourself honest by managing your business like the big boys.
