Fred and I were discussing potential new reporting modules with a customer last week when the customer observed:

That’s an excellent, insightful point that often gets overlooked. It’s not just about having oversight of team activities and results. It’s also about enabling your team to:

  • View their own personal metrics, to self-evaluate any time they want
  • Compare themselves against others
  • Take advantage of forecasting to evaluate their own pipeline

If analytics and reporting help you “see around the corner,” why shouldn’t your team benefit from them too?
