Fred and I were discussing potential new reporting modules with a customer last week when the customer observed:

It’s not just about me having eyes into my employees’ activities, it’s also about them being able to see where their next win is coming from.

- Micah Williams, VP Operations, Tundra Technical Solutions

That’s an excellent, insightful point that often gets overlooked. It’s not just about having oversight of team activities and results. It’s also about enabling your team to:

  • View their own personal metrics, to self-evaluate any time they want
  • Compare themselves against others
  • Take advantage of forecasting to evaluate their own pipeline

If analytics and reporting help you “see around the corner,” why shouldn’t your team benefit from them too?

Tip o’ the hat to Micah @ Tundra.
