Prior to InsightSquared Fred headed global IT and was an associate at Bessemer Venture Partners. His background includes an SMB consultancy he founded as well as corporate development at Salesforce.com. Fred has a B.A. from Tufts and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In his off time Fred is an avid wakeboarder.
Chief Product Officer
Before InsightSquared, Sam was VP Product at HubSpot, VP Product at BzzAgent, and on the initial team at Elance.com. His background also includes venture capital with Greylock Partners, the Algorithms group at Amazon.com, and management consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton. Sam has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Applied Math from Yale. In his off time he dives shipwrecks in the New England area.
Chief Technology Officer
Before InsightSquared, Bryan was cofounder and head of web software development firm 80concepts. He was also cofounder and VP Engineering at Groovr.com. Bryan started as a Technical Lead at Akamai.
VP of Operations
Jeremy is InsightSquared’s VP of Operations, leading up the finance, ops and customer-facing teams. Prior to InsightSquared, Jeremy was a case team leader at Bain & Company, a management consulting firm, where he advised Fortune 1000 clients in a range of industries on how to use metrics to get more out of their businesses. He has a B.A. from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
VP of Engineering
Before InsightSquared, Chris was VP Engineering at Blueleaf, VP Engineering at Visible Measures, CTO at NameMedia, CTO at Brainshark, and VP Engineering at NetGenesis. Chris has lead pioneering teams in business intelligence, database systems, high scale Internet computing, Software as a Service, and user-generated content. Chris has a B.S. in Math with Computer Science option from Carnegie-Mellon. Chris has sailed his boat across the Atlantic, and is an avid basketball player and backpacker.
VP of Marketing
Prior to InsightSquared Zorian was an executive on the management teams of several global software companies which he helped to grow by over 100% in annual revenues, ranging between $8 Million to over $100 Million – he was most recently the CMO at AppAssure Software which was acquired by Dell, a VP at Veeam Software where he founded and managed the global Inbound Marketing & Demand Generation Group, the CEO of StarWind Software, and a VP at Acronis Inc. Zorian started his career in investment banking, graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Finance and with minors in Applied Mathematics and in Computer Science, and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
VP of Sales
Prior to InsightSquared, Jim was a case team leader at Monitor Group, a management consulting firm, where he helped Fortune 1000 companies use analytics to develop and execute sales, marketing and pricing strategies. He graduated cum laude from Northwestern University with degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy and dropped-out of the MBA program at MIT Sloan to help InsightSquared disrupt the business intelligence market.
