This is a great list of customer service and experience resources. Thank you for putting it together – and thank you for including my blog as one of your eight. In addition to the weekly roundup of the favorite customer service articles I’ve read, I work hard to come up with good material to share each week on my Wednesday blog. I promise to keep the good “stuff” coming. Thank you again. An honor to be on your list!

This is a great resource for many customer service websites and articles. I feel there is a trend towards “Customer is King/Queen” by treating employees better and returning the focus of every business to the customer and making them feel like royalty. I like all the studies that have come out to support the fact that customer centered businesses bring in larger profit margins and have better performance and happiness in the companies.

I look forward to going through all these articles. Thank you for compiling them!
